We survey individuals within your organization regarding how they feel about the current culture of your organization. Our survey is a 20 item, easily administered questionnaire that links participants responses to a simple but telling final statement: "The culture of the organization is as good as it should be."
Results provided to leaders demonstrate how the underlying factors tested, individually and together, affect to this last key foundational factor. Leaders are then able to "take the pulse" of the culture of the organization over time by administering the last item only. This provides a framework for leaders to monitor the changes in culture based on strategic changes with their teams and in the direction of the company.
